These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Webmeh's website and services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Webmeh provides digital agency services including, but not limited to, web design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), graphic design, eCommerce solutions, Google marketing, and custom software development. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.
Each project is governed by a written project agreement or proposal that defines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. The project agreement, together with these Terms, forms the entire agreement between you and Webmeh for that project. In case of conflict, the project agreement takes precedence.
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Significant scope changes (scope creep) require a written change order with updated pricing and timeline before implementation.

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work created specifically for your project (website design, custom code, graphic designs) becomes your property. You receive full ownership and rights to use, modify, and distribute the deliverables.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of the project agreement. We will not share your business information, strategies, or materials with third parties without your consent.
Webmeh warrants that all work will be performed professionally and to industry standards. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, leads, rankings) as these depend on many factors outside our control. All websites and deliverables are tested for quality before delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webmeh's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:
